These terms apply to bookings made through tidlos.no.

Bookings and payment. Prices are shown on each service page. Payment is settled offline — we'll send an invoice or agree on a payment method before the session. A booking is confirmed once you receive the Cal.com confirmation email.

Cancellation. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session at no cost. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged in full, at our discretion, unless there are exceptional circumstances. To cancel, use the link in your Cal.com confirmation email or write to us.

Nature of the work. Tidløs offers spiritual, energetic, and coaching services. These are not a substitute for medical, mental- health, or legal advice. If you are managing a medical or psychological condition, please continue working with the professionals you trust.

Your responsibility. You bring what you need. We hold the space, but we don't promise specific outcomes. Doing this work well asks something of you, too.

Disagreement. If something feels off between us, please tell us — we'd rather hear it than not. If we can't resolve it together, Norwegian consumer law applies and the matter can be taken to Forbrukerrådet.
